Prep pancakes. In a large bowl mash bananas until smooth. Add eggs, milk, flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well until smooth. Alternatively, place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
Cook pancakes. Heat oil in a large fry-pan on medium heat. Pour ¼ cup measures of batter into pan and cook for about 2 minutes, or until bubbles start to appear. Flip and cook for a further two minutes until golden and cooked through (turn down heat if needed).
