Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes

Quick & easy to whip up, then all you need to do is stack them up, top them with your fave combo and enjoy!

Ingredients

Pancake ingredients

  • 1 Buttermilk Pancake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • toppings of choice

Instructions

  • Prep mix
    In a large bowl, whisk together the Buttermilk Pancake Mix, eggs & milk. Set aside for 5 minutes to rest.
  • Cook pancakes
    Heat a non-stick fry-pan on low-medium heat. Use ⅓ cup to measure batter and dollop into pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until surface bubbles start to pop, then flip and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  • Serve
    With your favourite toppings such as fruit, yoghurt and syrup.
