Instructions
Preheat oven to 190°C. Unwrap Brie and place on a lined oven tray, scatter with rosemary leaves, top with apricots, almonds and pecans and drizzle with honey.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, until Brie is melted, and nuts are golden. Allow to sit for 2-3 minutes before digging in. Serve with crackers or crusty bread.
Notes
Tip: Although it will be hard to resist, allow the cheese to sit for a couple of minutes after baking to ensure you don't burn your mouth.
