Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients

  • ¾ avocado, roughly diced 
  • 1 Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup milk of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

To serve

  • 2-3 tsp coconut chips

Instructions

  • Add all mousse ingredients and a pinch of salt to a blender and blend for 1–2 minutes, until thick and creamy.
  • Place in fridge to chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • To serve, spoon into bowls and top with coconut.
