Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients
¾
avocado, roughly diced

Tbsp
cacao or cocoa powder
¼
cup
milk of your choice
1
Tbsp
maple syrup
½
tsp
vanilla extract
To serve
2-3
tsp
coconut chips
Instructions
Add all mousse ingredients and a pinch of salt to a blender and blend for 1–2 minutes, until thick and creamy.
Place in fridge to chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
To serve, spoon into bowls and top with coconut.
