Haloumi & Mushroom Skewers

  • 10 skewers
  • 150g haloumi cheese, diced 2cm
  • 150g mushrooms, halved
  • 2 courgette, diced 2cm
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp oil


  • Before you start Preheat oven to high grill. Soak skewers in water for about 5 minutes.
  • Prep skewers Prep haloumi, mushrooms and courgette. Thread a mixture of haloumi and veggies onto skewers.
  • Cook skewers Place skewers on an oven tray, drizzle over oil and turn to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Place under grill for 5-6minutes, turning every minute, until golden and cooked.
