Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful spinach
  • ½ frozen courgette, sliced
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 Tbsp oats
  • 1 Tbsp cashew nuts
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes, until combined.
