Add all hummus ingredients to a food processor and blitz for 1-2 minutes, until it reaches a smooth consistency. Alternatively, add all ingredients to a bowl and use a stick mixer to blend and combine hummus.
Season and transfer to an airtight container and allow to chill, in the fridge, for at least an hour before digging in. Keep in fridge for up to 5 days.
To serve, enjoy as a snack with your favourite raw veggies such as carrot, cucumber, radish or capsicum sticks, or seeded crackers, or as a filling for sandwiches, wraps or salads.
