1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
⅛ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp brown sugar
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
⅛ tsp mustard powder
Pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Remove thick stem from kale, discard, and tear leaves into roughly 3-4cm bite-sized pieces.
Toss kale and olive oil on prepared tray. Spread out in a single layer and bake for 12-14 minutes, until crispy. Set aside to cool, uncovered, for 2-3 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine BBQ seasoning ingredients.
When kale chips are crisp, remove from oven and sprinkle with BBQ seasoning.
To serve, munch away on this crispy guilt-free snack!
