Spice lovers hot for Harissa

This week our Gourmet foodies will be spicing up hump day with Harissa Grilled Lamb Rump. Alongside Maple Roasted Kumara, Chickpeas and Feta, this dish is a divine collaboration of flavours sure to please all foodies.

Harissa is a spicy and aromatic chili paste that's widely used as a staple ingredient in North African and Middle Eastern cooking. It is the perfect marinade for Lamb, Chicken and vegetables! The main ingredients are roasted red peppers, hot chili peppers, spices and herbs such as garlic paste, crushed coriander seeds, and caraway. So much flavour!
