Banana Froyo Two Ways

With spring days getting warmer and summer on the horizon, these super easy, delicious and healthier froyo recipes using bananas are sure to be your new go-to cold treat.

Banana Nut Froyo (Serves 2)

2 ripe bananas, peeled, cut into chunks & frozen
1/2 cup plain unsweetened Greek yoghurt
1 1/2 Tbsp nut butter
1/2 tp maple syrup (optional)

Banana Berry Froyo (Serves 2)

1 ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks & frozen
1 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup plain unsweetened Greek yoghurt
1/2 tsp honey (optional)

131 cals per serve

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. If desired, freeze for about 15 minutes before serving. Store in the freezer.
