Zingy Pineapple Smoothie

For a refreshing snack, try our Zingy Pineapple Smoothie. For extra organisation, pop all the ingredients except the water in a zip lock back and freeze, so all you need to do is pop it in the blender and you’ve got an ice cold smoothie. Perfect for summer!

Zingy Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled
  • 30g baby spinach (large handful)
  • ½ Tbsp mint, chopped
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Prep pineapple, kiwifruit, mint, lime and ginger. In a blender, combine all smoothie ingredients. Blend for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.

Notes

You could use coconut water, or unsweetened coconut drinking milk (different to cooking milk) if preferred.
