
Baked Brie
Nothing quite says "festive" like a wheel of cheese. Baked to melted perfection and topped with crunchy nuts, this is one to impress your guests!
Ingredients
- 1 wheel Brie
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 25 g dried apricots
- 20 g almonds
- 10 g pecans
- 1 Tbsp honey
To Serve
- Crackers or crusty bread
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Unwrap Brie and place on a lined oven tray, scatter with rosemary leaves, top with apricots, almonds and pecans and drizzle with honey.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until Brie is melted, and nuts are golden. Allow to sit for 2-3 minutes before digging in. Serve with crackers or crusty bread.

Although it will be hard to resist, allow the cheese to sit for a couple of minutes after baking to ensure you don’t burn your mouth.
