Some good supermarket options include Nicola’s organic unsweetened or toasted muesli, Jordan’s Low Sugar range, Ceres’ bircher or superfood mixes, Pure Delish Oat-Ola’s, Vogel’s or Café-Style light luxury nuts & seeds and kombucha infused muesli’s or the Delightful style chia & macadamia.

Toppings:

Kiwifruit, milk & yoghurt – 335 cals

  • 1/4 cup trim milk
  • 2 Tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 kiwifruit, sliced

Yoghurt, milk & berries – 341 cals

  • 1/4 cup trim milk
  • 2 Tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup berries (fresh or frozen defrosted)

Yoghurt, milk & stone fruit –  cals

  • 1/4 cup trim milk
  • 2 Tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 1 medium piece stone fruit, diced
