
Fresh Start wrap ideas
Wraps make a great work lunch, especially if you have access to a sandwich press to toast them! Take all the prepped ingredients with you to work in a container, then simply fill your wrap and toast. So easy!
Ingredients
Veggie Wrap – 346 cals
- 1 wholemeal/seeded wrap
- 2 handfuls spinach
- ½ grated carrot or beetroot
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 Tbsp hummus
- 2 Tbsp feta
Egg & Veggie Wrap – 377 cals
- 1 wholemeal/seeded wrap
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 boiled egg
- 2 Tbsp feta
Chicken Wrap – 411 cals
- 1 wholemeal/seeded wrap
- 100g cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 handful lettuce
- ½ grated carrot
- 1 Tbsp hummus
- 1 Tbsp feta
Instructions
- Layer all ingredients on top of wrap, fold and toast in a sandwich press or eat as is!
