Bircher Muesli

This bircher muesli is the perfect solution for a nourishing and nutritious breakfast on the fly. Prepare the night before, and you’ll be all set for the morning. Just add your toppings and go! Make up a big batch of the dry mix and you’ll always have healthy breakfast on hand.

Serves 1


½ cup bircher mix*
½ cup almond milk
½ apple/pear, grated


  1. Combine bircher mix with almond milk and apple/pear, grated in a bowl, jar or airtight container.
  2. Allow to soak overnight, in fridge. If desired, top with a spoonful of yoghurt or some frozen berries or a few slices of fresh fruit before eating.

* Bircher Mix
160g rolled oats
40g white quinoa
20g pumpkin seeds
20g coconut thread
20g linseeds
15g chia seeds
30g slivered almonds
30g currants
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
