Spiced Ginger Mojito

Hydrate in style with this zingy, refreshing Spiced Ginger Mojito.

Serves 4


2 tsp finely grated ginger

½ fresh chilli, roughly chopped

1 lemongrass stalk, bruised

1 tsp honey

1 orange, zested and juiced

1 lime, zested and juiced


1 litre sparkling water

To serve

Mint leaves

Lime wedges


  1. Muddle, all the mojito ingredients in a large jug. Leave to infuse for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  2. Pour mojito evenly between glasses. Top up with sparkling water. Garnish with some mint leaves and lime wedges.
