Frozen Yoghurt Ice Blocks

Make your own Frozen Yoghurt Ice Blocks at home using your favourite summer fruit, or a combo of your faves.

Ready in 2–4 hrs

Serves 4

 

2 cups of your favourite fruit (berries, mango, peaches)

1-2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

10g freeze-dried mango powder

¼ milk (if needed)

½ tub Greek yoghurt

 

1. Blend fruit with honey/maple syrup, freezedried mango powder and milk, (if needed) in a blender until smooth.

2. Fold through yoghurt.

3. Pour into ice block moulds, muffin tins or plastic cups. Freeze until set, about 2-4 hours, depending on mould size.


Tip, alternatively, use a stick blender to blend mixture.
