Strawberries & Cream Whip

We’re bringing summer to you with this delicious Wimbledon inspired recipe, to mark the start of the world famous championship. This recipe is quick to create and not to mention a much healthier and delicious take on ice cream. Escape the cold today and drift off to a warm summer’s day with the taste of strawberries and cream whip.

Serves 2

Ready in 10mins + 4hrs chill time



2 cups frozen strawberries

½ cup natural Greek yoghurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

2-3 tsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp lemon juice (optional)


 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes, until smooth. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides, making sure to incorporate all ingredients.

2. Pour into a resealable container and place in freezer to set for about 4 hours.

3. Remove from freezer, let sit for 2-3 minutes to soften and then serve in cones or bowls.

4. Top with fresh fruit, coconut flakes or just serve as is.
