Grilled Stone Fruit with Raspberry & Maple Sprinkle

Our Grilled Stone Fruit dessert recipe is the perfect culmination of all things summer. Celebrating the delicious fresh fruit that's available and the Kiwi love for the BBQ. We think it's best served sprinkled with Pure Delish’s Raspberry & Maple Nut Nograin-Ola!

Serves 4

Grilled Stone Fruit with Raspberry and Maple Sprinkle   
4 pieces of stone fruit
1 sachet grilled fruit spice mix 
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream or yoghurt
100g Pure Delish Raspberry & Maple Nut Nograin-Ola

 

Preheat BBQ hot plate or grill to medium.

1. Cut stone fruit in half and remove stones. 

2. Toss stone fruit with a drizzle of oil and grill on BBQ, cut-side-down, for about 4 minutes, then flip and cook a further 2 minutes, until warmed through and golden. 

3. Sprinkle with grilled fruit spice mix and cook for  a further 30 seconds each side, until caramelised.

To serve, place stone fruit into bowls and top with vanilla ice cream or yoghurt and a healthy dose of raspberry and maple sprinkle
