400ml milk (cow’s, almond or soy)
Pinch ground cardamom
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
1. Peel banana, cut tamarillos in half and scoop insides into a blender with banana.
2. Add remaining smoothie ingredients and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
3. Serve over ice if desired.
