1½ cups frozen berries (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, boysenberries, raspberries)
1 cup Anchor Greek Natural Yoghurt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup milk
1-2 ice cubes (optional)
100g Naturally Nood Muesli™
1 banana, sliced
1 cup strawberries, sliced (or use your favourite fresh berries)
½ cup mixed toppings (e.g. chia seeds, thread coconut, your favourite chopped nuts)
1. In a large blender, whiz all Christmas-spiced smoothie bowl ingredients together for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
2. Divide between 4 shallow bowls and top with muesli, banana, strawberries and your favourite toppings.
